Q: Do I need a PayPal account to purchase your products?
A: No. You do not need a PayPal account. All you need is a credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover) and a home address. PayPal only handles the transactions.
Q: Will my credit card information be safe?
A: Yes. Only PayPal deals with your credit card information in the safest, most secure way. Counter Act and PayPal do NOT disclose any of your personal information to anyone.
Q: How long will my items take to ship?
A: All items are shipped using USPS ground and should take about 5-7 business days.
Q: What’s your return policy?
A: All sales are final unless (on rare occasions) the wrong item is shipped, or there was a manufacturing defect.
Q: Can I get free stuff?
A: Yes, it’s in the mail.
Q: What style/fit are your shirts?
A: Our shirts are a “Euro” fit (long, slim, and incredibly comfy).
